Pai Police Station, Pai District, Mae Hong Son Province arrested a 50-year-old Chinese man after he kidnapped four girls and committed indecent acts. He was recently charged with abduction of a minor, while the indecent assault case is awaiting the results of a physical examination from Pai Hospital.
